If you purchase drapes from us and we design/recreate or produce it we reserve the right to use the design for promotional purposes of SHOWOFFS and we may use certain design elements in other deigns for other clients unless you have purchased the design as "LOGO" for $375 regular Logo fee is $475 . By purchasing as "LOGO" it is now "A WORK FOR HIRE" This entitles you the client to a CD with your LOGO Design in several file formats and Portfolio. SHOWOFFS will do all the Copyright LOGO paper work for you for an additional $250 fee with you listed as copyright owner or You can copyright the Logo yourself at www.copyright.gov

SHOWOFFS will not use your LOGO Design for any other client after the purchase as "LOGO" and you will be provided copies for your exclusive use at any time any way you like. Additional copy fees may apply to make or send requested file formats

Designs by SHOWOFFS/SLY DESIGNS not purchased as LOGO are not copyrightable by the Client and remain property of SHOWOFFS/SLYDESIGNS but client is welcome to use freely for farm promotional purposes. SHOWOFFS will send you a JPEG file as a courtesy if requested but after initial courtesy copy we will charge $40 per request. Design may be purchased for $375 as LOGO at any time, at such time you may copyright it or have us do it for you.
