Morgan Brook Meadows was founded in 1989 in Laurel Delaware. We purchased our first Morgan horse Mi Hope Marquee for our daughter Natasha, then later Tara's San Pedro. She was successful in the local show rings and had a wonderful childhood with her Morgan's. As time went on she went College and her interest shifted to her career in business & Marketing management. She has since established a wonderful career and has married a wonderful man Tyler Massey. I look forward to day that Natasha and Tyler bless us with grandchildren that I as a grandparent can introduce them to the Morgan horse and keep this as a family tradition for generations.
Since we started SHOWOFFS in 2000, an extension of our sign & graphics business Sly Designs. We have had the opportunity to travel the show horse circuit representing many breeds. As I love all horses my heart has always belonged to the Morgan horse. As a little girl I saw the movie Justin Morgan Had a Horse" and I was in love. I acquired as much information I could about the breed and I was and am just completely in love with the breed. In 2002 in Lexington Va, I meet Michelle Scott while attending a horse show at the Lexington Horse center. We spoke about her Stallion Harwich Tyrant becoming a model for my Art work I call Bio Prints. I was doing drawings of different breeds and use real Stallions that best represent the breed. My goal was to represent and educate through my drawings. So it came that Michelle sent me photos of Tyrant and I went to meet him. To make a long story short I simply Fell In LOVE! This guy was so handsome and he truly was the Morgan of my dreams. Over the years I have said I will have his children and now that dream has come true! In November 2007 I purchased from Misselette Farm Harwich DiDo. She is a wonderful filly and my Morgan that I have wanted all my Life! I also have leased her Mother, Harwich Cosette, as well and hope to start showing her while I work with DiDo and will soon be showing her as well. The True Type Morgan that her Father Tyrant is the type of Morgan I want to represent in the future. And hope through Showing Off this breed that I will be able to represent the True Original Morgan that is what the breed really is all about.
We will be posting News and photos of our Farms new age of the Morgan horse so please visit often.
