SHOWOFFS General Information
CrystalEdge® Glass Trophies are manufactured by craftsmen using a combination of "State-of-the-Art" equipment and manual skills that are the very best in the industry. Great care is taken to provide our valued customers with a premium quality glass blank that can be long admired by the end user.
Ordering Requirements
We require a purchase order for all trophy orders by fax, mail or E-mail (slydesigns@aol.com). Telephone orders must be followed up by fax (you must call us at office number 302-875-9151 before faxing, as phone and fax number are the same and we must turn over onto fax to receive), mailed or E-mailed (slydesigns@aol.com) purchase order. Orders will not be processed until an actual written or electronic confirmation is received. Please specify CODE numbers for all order requirements. Purchase Order Form Please use our standard SHOWOFFS order form. A standard order form can be obtained direct from our website at www.beashowoff.com/TrophiesOrder or use supplied Purchase Order form.
Order Acknowledgment and Shipments
We will acknowledge all faxed, mailed or E-mailed purchase orders by fax, return mail, or E-mail. When an item number is not in stock, we will provide you with our best estimate depending on actual production lead-time. For custom products, lead times can vary from three to eight weeks.
Production Time
We will do everything possible to meet customer requirement dates, but cannot guarantee a specific date. The normal lead-time for items is approximately 3 weeks. However, seasonal demand may extend this lead-time.
Rush Orders
A rush order charge will apply to orders requiring faster than normal lead time. This charge is 20% of the total order to cover the cost of personalized expediting and machine set-up changes. We cannot assume any responsibility for the scheduling and/or delay caused by common carriers.
During the busy season (Jan to May), or at other times when the factory workload is high, rush orders may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
If an order is canceled or decreased in quantity during or after the production run and prior to shipment you are still responsible for the entire initial order. Cancellations are not accepted. Sorry due to the custom nature of orders this is standard policy.
Minimum Order
The minimum order requirement on all Glass Trophy orders is $100.00 unless otherwise stated. For orders under $100.00 will not be accepted on any trophy orders. Flags have a min. order of 4. LED lighted Glass trophies have no min. Garment & Halter/Bridle Bags have a min. order of 4. Carry All Totes have no min.All orders are subject to any and or all Art work charges regardless of quantities ordered.
Discount Policy
Any Qty discounts are listed on our price guides. We already strive to keep our prices at the best we can offer our clients.

We accept MasterCard, Visa *** American Express & DISCOVER (When using AMEX or DISCOVER an additional $10 fee is charged)
Boxing Charge
Our product prices do not contain overhead costs related to boxing and packaging for shipping, other than the cartons or presentation boxes specified in this price list. We bulk pack all Glass products using quality materials and methods that are approved by United Parcel Service and FEDEX. Each shipping box for standard shipment is charged at $3.95. For expedited shipments requiring next day or second day air, our charge is $4.95 per shipping box.
Shipping
All orders are shipped as Tracking can done on all packages. We generally limit our boxes to a 65 pound maximum. All shipments are insured, unless otherwise specified, in which case we will not be responsible for any loss.
For orders requiring faster delivery, please specify on all orders your preference for the shipping carriers that you require us to use.
For customers requiring shipments to be sent on a customers UPS or FEDEX account, the account number must be indicated on the purchase order.
For postal shipments, we will ship only so it can be traced. If the customer chooses to ship product via the Post Office, we will not be responsible for lost shipments or late deliveries.
Damaged Shipments
Title to the goods transfers to the buyer at the FOB point. Goods are shipped at the buyers risk and claims must be made by the buyer against the carrier. You must notify the carrier immediately upon receipt of shipment, if damage of items has occurred. Keep original carton(s), packing material and broken items, which the carrier will inspect to determine the claim. You must also notify us within 48 hours for breakage on the items shipped. We will respond as quickly as possible to provide you with replacement pieces. Credit to your account will be applied only after we have received the approved claim receipt form from the carrier.Return or Replacement of any defective product is at our discretion
Returns:
Returns will not be accepted. ALL Orders are Custom Therefore orders may not be returned. For defective products, our policy is to ship replacements at our cost. If returned products were purchased and charged to a credit card, an approved credit will be applied to the same credit card.Return or Replacement of any defective product is at our discretion
Payment
Payment terms are check (Allow clearance time, generally a week), or credit cards. We accept Visa or MasterCard.AM Express & DISCOVER are subject to additional processing fee of $10.
Sales Tax
In accordance with applicable law,SHOWOFFS/Sly Designs manufactures & ships from the State of Delaware. Delaware does not have Sales Tax. Therefore NO Sales Tax will apply.
Product Pricing
Products and prices are subject to change or be discontinued without written notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any item without written notice.
Trophy & Product Tolerances
Our goal is to manufacture every SHOWOFFS product to achieve perfect symmetry, eye appeal, balance and consistency. The size indicated for each SHOWOFFS product is approximate, and should be used for general guidance only.
The CrystalEdge® Standard
CrystalEdge® products are manufactured using only the finest raw materials. You should be aware that even in the finest glass and crystal, slight variations in clarity can occur. Small air bubbles, flow lines, and minor variations in color are occasionally visible. The Slee Corporation has established strict inspection standards for all of our products, however these variations are not considered defects.
Guarantee
We are committed to supplying a quality product in a reliable manner. Many of our SHOWOFFS products are fabricated with "State-of-the-Art" Sign manufacturing equipment and software. Others are uniquely hand-crafted, one at a time. Slight variations in dimension and edge work are distinguishing features in most of our products. Any defects in materials or craftsmanship will be corrected or replaced as quickly as possible. Our inspection policy of a 48 hour period applies on all products purchased. Return or Replacement of any defective product is at our discretion. |
