Your order will be custom made from the original of this art and proposed specifications. If you approve the information as correct, you will be financially responsible for the order. If you do not understand the information or terms used, do not submit as approved. Submit your questions for answers first on this form. Make sure you get any questions resolved before the order is approved. We have tried our best to meet all of your expectations but there is always the possibility that we could have made a mistake. WORDING - Did we say what you wanted to say? Is the punctuation as you would like it? Did we use capitals or italics as wanted? etc.
