Our rates for updates and maintenance thereafter are $35.00 an hour.1 hour min. charged. Log kept after and time charged as actual.

Updates are charged when completed at an hourly rate unless a maintance package has been purchased.
There are NO recurring monthly costs OR annual payments for ANYTHING else. You simply pay for your web hosting service and any updates you've requested when they are done.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR HOURLY WORK PERFORMED
SHOWOFFS/Sly Designs, referred to here as "SHOWOFFS", will perform web development work for the individual or corporation named above, referred to in this document as "Client".
Work will be carried out by SHOWOFFS as requested by Client and billed on an hourly basis. SHOWOFFS will maintain a log of hours worked and area of project worked upon. SHOWOFFS will invoice Client for actual hours worked per request; terms are charged to credit card on file. Client is to update SHOWOFFS should credit card information changes at any time.
As of the date of this agreement, hourly fees are as follows: for all web development work, $35/hour. Hourly rate is subject to change with 30 days written notice.
OTHER LEGAL AGREEMENTS
SHOWOFFS will maintain the confidentiality of Client’s source materials, technical and marketing plans and all other sensitive information. We may make backup of any files sent for our use on your site.
Upon full payment of all invoices due, copyright to page designs produced bySHOWOFFS for Client shall belong to Client.
Client is solely responsible for the editorial content of the material included on its website. Accordingly, Client agrees that it will defend and indemnify (hold harmless) SHOWOFFS from any suit, demand, or claim resulting from the editorial content of the website.
Client represents to SHOWOFFS and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to SHOWOFFS for inclusion in Client’s web site are owned by Client, or that Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect and defend SHOWOFFS from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client. SHOWOFFS will not be liable to Client or to any third party for any damages arising from use of web site.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR ANNUAL 24 HOUR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
SHOWOFFS/Sly Designs, referred to here as "SHOWOFFS", will perform web development work for the individual or corporation named above, referred to in this document as "Client".
Work will be carried out by SHOWOFFS as requested by Client and billed on an annual contract for 24 hours of work performed. SHOWOFFS will maintain a log of hours worked and area of project worked upon. SHOWOFFS will invoice Client for 24 hours of web work for a fee of $588. This is a 30% savings off our hourly rate. Hours not used per year are not rolled over to the next year or credited back. A new annual contract will be entered into each year. Your Annual contract runs from the date of the signed contract for one full year. Per requests over the annual 24 hour contract will be charged at the hourly rate listed below without notice as you may run over we will indicate that you have went into an hour basis and will give you an opportunity to enter/Renew into a new contract at the 30% savings; terms are charged to credit card on file. Client is to update SHOWOFFS should credit card information changes at any time. We suggest you pay attention to any work logs sent for work done to see if you are coming close to using your alloted hours on your contract. We will try and remind you if you are coming close, but are not required to do so.
