Setup In Seconds

The assembly is extremely simple and can be done in just seconds. Because of our bar’s unique self-contained designed, everything easily folds inside the bar with the exception of the bar top. There are no bolts, pins or complex hardware needed to set up our folding bars and anyone can assemble it without instructions.

Lightweight Construction

This folding bar is made of lightweight yet durable aluminum and only weighs 70 lbs which means it’s extremely mobile. It’s perfect for shows and tradeshows, mobile bartending.

Logos, Graphics, and Branding

Adding logos or branding is a great way to customize your portable bars look whether you’re promoting farm or  stable, your equine business or just want to Showoff! Bar Top Options

You can choose from three bar top options. Square, Curve, and Wrap.

Square Tops are best used when either space is a big issue since these tops only extend slightly beyond the bar’s frame. Multiple bars with square tops can be pushed together to create one long straight bar.

Curve Tops provide a unique look and add additional bar top space. They’re also used to create larger circular or curved bars. Both the square and curved bar tops are the same depth and can be pushed together to form one seamless looking top.

Wrap Bar Tops are the best way to maximize your usable bar top area and they provide a high-end look to the Entertainer 48″ bar.

Slide Out Storage

Each bar includes the left slide out shelf with an ice bin.

Bar Options & Accessories

Why are these options extra? To save you money, of course. Not everyone needs these options and since all of our products are made to order, we feel it’s better to make them optional rather than increasing the base price.

Speed Rail

The stainless steel speed rail for the 48 bar is 22″, folds into the bar seamlessly and does not need to be removed although can be if required.

Ice Bin

Choose this option if you want an ice bin to be in the prep area. This will be in addition to the ice bin you receive for the slide out under bar storage.
When choosing the ice bin option, one of the three prep area panels will have a hole cut into it for the ice bin to fit in to. If you won’t be using the ice bin for every event, we recommend purchasing an additional prep panel to switch with the ice bin panel..
Ice bin capacity: 5 gallons

Protective Cover

All of our protective covers are made out of waterproof polyester canvas and include two nylon straps to hold your bar top during transport.

Removable Front & Side Panels

Fixed Panels
The standard way panels are installed on our portable bars. Panels are attached semi-permanently to the frame with strong adhesive tape. Fixed panels can be removed but requires re-applying the adhesive each time.
Removable / Interchangeable Panels
Attached with 3M Dual Lock connectors (strong plastic velcro) and can be easily removed to be swapped out with different panels.
This option does not include additional panels. These are sold separately.

When to choose Interchangeable Panels
If you purchase, or plan to purchase in the future, additional bar panels with different graphics to swap out on a regular basis, you will want interchangeable panels.

Battery Power

All of our bars come standard with a plug-in adapter regardless of selecting the battery power option.

Batteries for bars are not permanently built into the bar so they can be removed for charging elsewhere or swapped out with a different battery. This also means you can add a battery later if needed.

Mini bar ice bins are specific to the mini bar and are not compatible with the 48 Entertainer bars since they are smaller.

Why our graphics are different

Our graphics are not stickers. Our graphics are permanently printed directly onto the removable acrylic panels which means they are more durable and will never peel off over time. This printing process gives us much more flexibility with your graphics since we don't need to apply vinyl decals to the entire surface of the bar panels even for logos that don't cover the entire area.

Printing directly on the surface also produces a much more desirable effect when backlit and since all of our portable bars include LED lighting, we feel this is really important. Bars with a lot of color can produce very cool effects when the LED lighting changes colors.

Grayscale (black and white) graphics also look great when backlit with different colors.

Another big advantage of direct print technology is that it can completely block out the LED lighting with the graphic and leave only certain portions of your graphics lit up which will make them pop even more. This is something that isn't possible with traditional vinyl graphics.

Sending your graphics & requirements

The printers used are capable of printing very high resolution and the higher quality your graphics are the higher quality the end product will be. For simple logos we prefer graphics be in vector format when possible. This is because vector graphics can be stretched infinitely without loss of quality. These formats are usually in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF form. Full image graphics should be as high resolution as possible.

Please do not send us extremely low-quality images for your portable bar graphics. If you don't have the high-resolution version of your graphics handy please try to find them before submitting them for your order.

What to do if you don't have high-resolution graphics

Not all is lost! If you've done everything you can to find the highest resolution version or original artwork but can't, shoot them over to us anyway and we'll do what we can to make them work. Many companies will charge a fee for not submitting print ready artwork. We are not one of those companies.

Creating graphics specifically for mobile bars

These are a few tips if you or your graphic designer are creating graphics specifically for our portable bars.

Artwork should be in RGB color mode. Not CMYK

All blacks and black backgrounds should be RGB 0,0,0. Anything less will allow lighting to bleed through the image

All images outside the acrylic panel outline should be cropped to the correct size or hidden with a clipping mask

If your graphics are too large to be sent via email be sure to contact us for our DROPBOX information.

We can provide a graphic template to your or your designer if you will be doing the artwork yourself.

All orders do get a final proof and simulated rendering of the bar graphics for final approvals.

What to do if you don't have graphics at all

No problem! Contact us and we'll help you put something together. (within reason)

We also offer free, high resolution, stock graphics with every bar purchase.

Keep in mind that images without white backgrounds need to be close to the Length x Height ratios of our bar panels. For example, an image will work on the 4FT Bar but it won't work on the Mini bar.
