• Accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express
• Certificates require 100% non-refundable payment at purchase
• Shipping & Tax charges are billed separately and not included in certificate value, unless Recipient using any balance toward, shipping another purchase. Shipping & Taxes option can be the Purchaser to be billed before final product is shipped.

⏳  Redemption & Expiration

• Valid for 1 year from issue date. 
• ONLY can be redeemed ONCE.
• If not redeemed within 1 year, value is forfeited
• SHOWOFFS may honor expired certificates at their discretion

🚫 Refunds & Usage

• No cash refunds under any circumstances
• Must be used for intended product or full issued value
• Any balance left unused is forfeited

💰 Additional Costs responsibility Option

• Purchaser or Recipient responsible for extra fees: shipping, tax, add-ons, or product costs beyond card value. This will be an option of responsibility at the time of purchase. This requires a form of payment in place at time of Purchase or Recipient at time of Redemption,
• Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before product shipment is made.

🔑 Redemption Process

• A Redemption Code is required to claim the cards value, product it was purchased for, NO Substitution of anther product for UNLESS the change is of equal Value. This Request MUST be made via a call (302-344-1231) & email (slyshowoff@aol.com) your request to change product. SHOWOFFS will let you know if your choice is acceptable for Substitution.
• SHOWOFFS may substitution if product/service is found to be DIS-CONTINUED or unavailable at time of redemption. You will contacted or informed if this case and allow you to select of substitution from what is currently available or from a list option replacements. NO REFUNDS will be allowed even if this is the case. Product Gift Cards cannot be made as a CASH Value. 
• Without the code, the card cannot be redeemed. NO EXCEPTIONS
• SHOWOFFS will not look up for recipient must obtain the code. The actual physical card has the CODE displayed.
• If you have destroyed, lost or has become unreadable Contact us immediately for help to retrieve validation of your card if still within the 1-year period. Beyond the 1-year expiration date the Card will no longer be valid. Recipients must have the purchaser's name and contact information will be required for SHOWOFFS to help with this issue. If the Recipients is unsure of purchaser, it up recipient to find it before we will be able to help. 📜 GIFT CARD Terms & Conditions - Policy

• Cards with a Voucher Value redeemable not a particular product, the Remaining balance can be applied to shipping, tax, or product costs. No Value will ever receive a refund in CASH or CREDIT. Terms may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
