Pages are counted as Menu/Navigation items. Actual page may have two sections, though each count as a PAGE.

Some enhanced Features such as Widgets or special features (Charts, special effects etc.) have additional fees.

Page content have limits. Example: A Horse SALES page are allotted for up to 5 horses listed. Over 5 would have additional fees. If site go LIVE with just 3 horses, added horses will not count as the allowed 5 in the initial build. They are charged as New content

HOSTING DETAILS
All of our websites are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Hosting at $240 per year.
Have an OLD site currently hosted elsewhere? We take care of moving & setting your DNS settings to work with our AWS Hosting.

E-Commerce Sites with Optional features such as Shopping Carts or online purchasing may require additional monthly fees. E-Commerce hosting starts at $380+ annually depending on size of site this be more. Once we discuss your site details a firm quote for hosting would be provided.

DOMAIN DETAILS
Rather you need a Domain or already have one, we will setup DNS (Domain Name Servers) to work with our AWS Hosting plan, and we can purchase a Domain for you!  We Purchase all Domains through GoDaddy for you and do the setup. No additional fee to make the purchase for you from Showoffs. You only pay GoDaddy directly for the purchased Domain. Domains generally run about $15 a year.
ASK US ABOUT Creative editing, Photo editing are charged separately at $55 hour. Any requested creative editing would be quoted prior to actually do the work. Generally a creative photo editing or a created design feature starts at $55 per request.
Additional pages are charged at $65 per page over packages allotted number of pages.

All payments are taken by our Eprocessor. We will send you an invoice. We take a 20% deposit before we begin the work and then the final 80% will be due when your designs have been signed off. Please keep in mind that no work will be started until the initial 20% is paid. Once Published, a Valid and current Credit Card MUST be in place to Auto Renew. Clients are notified of upcoming renewals. Expired or invalid card will result in loss of your hosting and republishing will have a republish fee min. of $200.

List of Current Edit / Add on features charges.

  • Gallery/Portfolio Edits Adding or deleting photos to Pages, Galleries - $5 per/each.
  • Link Edits New links added, or anchor Links created to site - $5 per/each
  • Adding Video $10 per/each
  • New Web Page New page built & added to site based on existing site template - $65 per page.
  • Web edits Detailed Changing or edits involving detailed elements, features, web art, widgets added or major changes -$55 up two hours allotted
  • Hourly Rate for other edits if not any of the above set fees $55 hour. Detailed Edits would be provided as an invoice.
  • All edits' charges are billed and charged on clients provided credit card on account at time of services.
  • An invoice would be sent when work is performed.
  • Invoices may have a time sheet included when hourly rates are applied.

After your site goes LIVE and any edits performed are charged at current hourly rates or per edit charges.

  • Payment for Web services

  • Canceling or Refund Policy

    If you decide that you no longer require our services, just get in touch and we will cancel your order immediately. Please remember if you cancel when work has commenced or your order has been started you will not be refunded.

  • When does the Design process begin?

    Once you have selected a Web package. We will send over a checklist of all needed content to design and build your new site.

    The designing will NOT begin until all requested inital information is submitted. Once we have it all, the design process will begin. AWS Hosting Fee is charged and time starts at time of LIVE Publication of your site.
