Reprint Request of an Order Terms and Conditions
Request of a reprint of a completed order you are confirming the following terms and conditions:
- The reprint order will be the same design layout of the original order with any issues from the original addressed and accepted as corrected/fixed or changed.
- It is understood and acknowledged that requesting a reprint of an order confirms reviewed ALL proposed modifications made to the order and approve the reprint to proceed.
- Once a reprint request has been made and granted, any changes, including requests for a different design, will be treated as a new order, with additional costs applied. This policy helps prevent fraudulent attempts to obtain free products. The additional costs may be full price or a slight discount, but reprints will not be provided at no charge.
PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR APPROVED REPRINT REQUEST CLOSELY.
- Your reprint project will be produced from the order's original art provided.
- Your reprint will have color changes made via a color match made from your provided sample. The color match will be made to best represent your request. It will be digitally matched and reprinted.
- Please note that CMYK values can print differently from one company to another. Each printer and production process has its own variations, so the same CMYK mix may not always produce identical results across different vendors.
- Your provided sample will be shipped back to you when the reprint order has been completed.
Your Reprint Order:
- 2 - 8FT Stretch 3-sided table covers
- 2 - 10' x 10' Pop-up Fabrics. NO HARDWARE/FRAMES
TURNAROUND TIME
From time of receiving sample to digitally match and changes made, then to proceeds into print, is 2-business days.
Please note that this may be subject to change based on additional factors such as production rush, holiday closures, and etc.
All reprint orders will require acceptance of terms and conditions by this form online .
If we are rushing your order, you may receive these with extra incurred shipping/postage cost applied to your final billing. If it is imperative that you have your reprint order in a shorter time period, we will try and accommodate that date with the understanding that you will be responsible for any extra incurred cost such as special order of material. overnight / special shipping on any correspondence, materials, shipping of finished product, change of order specifications that result in extra labor, material and or design time. If we cannot produce the product in a requested time frame, you will still be responsible for these costs. Request for a rush on your order will not guarantee that we be able to accommodate that request, yet we will try our best. In placing your reprint order, you will be financially responsible for any incurred charges.
Production can begin as quickly as within one hour after changes have been made of reprint order. It is understood delivery dates are NOT guaranteed, though we will do our best to accommodate your desired in hand date.
