Equine Store Fronts

Required file formats are accepted. Vector as a PDF file or a High Quality JPEG.  If you are unsure if your file format will work, call us at 302-344-1231 and we will be happy to help you make sure that we can work with what you have.

Store front product line up will be provided with available decoration methods per product. All will get an online proof that will need to be approved prior to being offered in a store front. You will receive an email with a link to where all store front products that will be featured in your store prior to the store is launched LIVE on our website for review. All products get up to 2 revisions. After 2 revisions, there is an additional design fee of $55 HR.

Orders placed online will process through PayPal. Payment for SOLD goods goes to SHOWOFFS. For  a VENTURE PLAN Store front, the percentage earned is sent via a check to you monthly if there any sales. A statement will be provided for income earned.

Your hosting & setup fees are invoiced and process through our E-Processor.

If your product meets specifications and has been approved by an online is correctly printed when it reaches you, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product. Additionally, we will not authorize a refund if your product does not arrive within the shipping deadline.

Example: An order for a product is placed and it arrives with the incorrect design on it, we will provide a replacement product free of charge. But, if the order of a product is placed but it does not fit, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product.

Showoffs cannot control or guarantee shipping time. We use USPS for all store front orders. FREE Shipping applies to orders totaling over $200.

You can close a store front at any time. For Store Fronts, you must cancel a store within 1 month of renewal date. If a renewal hosting fee has already occurred, your store will be CLOSED but is NOT be refundable. If a refund will be provided it will be sent via a check mailed to you. This could take 3 to 7 business days.

Any designs created for your Store merchandise by SHOWOFFS is requested for your use, we will send you an invoice for requested file formats and this must be paid to receive any files Showoffs created for your store. Our current product lineup has if the product is offered as Embroidery, Printed or engraved methods for that product. Your selected Product will have suggested method applied.

BASIC Store front has a set Product line up available. A list of these products may change time to time, and you would be notification of new products or changes of Brands, VENTURE Stores have a larger variety available. All VENTURE Stores products will be custom built from our current available Brands and products. Showoffs offers many products. We have many suppliers of apparel and products, and our online line will change time to time depending on request & new products available.

Store fronts are made LIVE once your allotted QTY of products have been created for the store. BASIC Store fronts can have up to 20 products. VENTURE up to 50. If the maximum QTY of products is not used at time of launching a store, example you only have 10 products and now want to add 10 more, there is an additional setup fee. Same with a VENTURE Store front. It is suggested to use all the allotted items before launching LIVE. Setup fee per added item is $10.

Your store front will feature your Logo or Design. If you want to add additional Design to your line up, we can do that! An additional fee to create and setup the design would be charged. This would depend on how many products it will be offered on, and design/digitizing fees would apply. A Quote would be provided prior to initializing any work.
