USE: 

Award vouchers are valid for single use only. 

Multiple redemption attempts will not be processed and will be void. 

AWARD PACKAGES: 

Award Packages are as specified and cannot be altered, customized, unless specified in an award, or substituted. 

If an item in an Award Package is unavailable at the time of redemption, we may substitute it with a product of equal value or a different brand at our discretion. 

REDEMPTION CODE: 

A valid code is required. Your GHRA Membership ID will act as this code. Invalid codes will not be accepted. 

We maintain a master list of participants and will verify your CODE using the Membership ID provided to SHOWOFFS by GHRA. 

If your Membership ID is not recognized, we will reach out to GHRA to ensure the accuracy of the number, in case an incorrect ID was given. 

SHIPPING: 

All Award Packages will be shipped via USPS with tracking information provided. 

Participants are responsible for shipping costs, which are additional and must be settled before the award is dispatched. Shipping costs will depend on the weight, size, and destination of your package. All products will be shipped from the State of Delaware. 

You will receive instructions on how to arrange shipping costs for your Award Package after redeeming your voucher. Your payment method will be charged at the time of shipping. An email receipt, along with tracking details, will be sent to the email address you provided. 

EXPIRATION DATE OF VOUCHER: 

Vouchers must be redeemed by July 31, 2025. 

Attempts to redeem after this date will not be processed. 

Prior to July 31st, if there are any vouchers that have not been redeemed, we will request GHRA to send out a reminder that the redemption deadline is approaching, in order to encourage prompt action and ensure you don’t forfeit your Award Package.
